KUS Marine Analog Oil Temperature Gauge / Oil Thermometer 52 mm – Optimal Protection for Engine & Transmission

Monitor the thermal load on your lubrication system with absolute precision! The analog KUS oil temperature gauge provides you with highly precise monitoring of the actual heat build-up in your engine or transmission oil. Since the coolant temperature often reacts to overheating with a delay, the oil thermometer is the most reliable early-warning indicator for preventing a breakdown of the lubricating film and costly engine damage in a timely manner.

The round gauge features the standardmounting diameter of 52 mm (2") and integrates perfectly into existing dashboards. The polished stainless steel ring (AISI 316 / NIRO) reliably protects the housing from aggressive saltwater environments.

⚠️ Important note regarding the sensor resistance (300–23 ohms):

The readings of this instrument are precisely calibrated to the specific resistance curve of the KUS temperature sensors (approx. 300 ohms at 50°C to 23 ohms at 150°C).

Before installation, please check whether your existing sensor supports this ohm range, or order the perfectly matched KUS oil temperature sensor directly from our online store to prevent incorrect temperature readings at the helm.

Advantages & Technical Highlights at a Glance:

Extended measurement range (50–150°C): Fine, analog scaling for precise temperature monitoring of all common marine engine oils and marine transmission oils.
Universal operating voltage: Suitable for **12-volt and 24-volt** onboard systems. *Note:* For operation on a 24-volt system, simply install the included protective resistor in the power supply line.
100% Waterproof (IP67): Completely dust-proof and waterproof on the front up to a depth of one meter. The double-walled glazing protects the dial extremely effectively against fogging on humid days.
Switchable Dial Illumination: Customize the instrument to match the look of your helm station. Use the wiring to flexibly choose between yellow or red LED illumination.
